FEATURED PROJECT Southern Cross Projects is a construction company that provides a total design and contract solution for residential, commercial, industrial and retail projects, from overseeing the initial design to assessing feasibility, managing approvals and helping their clients to hone their project to meet market trends. Southern Cross contacted the team at Juno Creative to design an attractive brochure to give to prospective clientele, showcasing their recent portfolio of work.

It was important for us not to overcomplicate this brochure and allow the stunning imagery to tell the story, so careful consideration was made to typeface selection and the design of supporting graphic elements. We selected a simple sans serif typeface for the headers and copy to compliment the modern, clean look of the imagery. Additionally, a flowing linework element was used throughout to create continuity between the spreads and as a contrast to the angular building facades often featured in the imagery.
The brochure was printed on a heavy smooth silk stock and saddle stitched to finish.

The result is a clean, modern and simplistic design that allows the imagery to engage the viewer, prompting them to seek further information.
